Returns & Refunds
PLEASE NOTE - Some of our products are subject to additional terms and conditions, to our main return/refund policies, please read as follows -
All food packaging is subject to the below returns policy, however -
Due to these items produced for food packaging purposes, the manufacturers seal/packaging etc MUST NOT be broken, if you wish to return your order as 'unwanted'.
If the manufacturers packaging has been broken, exposing the food packaging, this could cause health and safety issues, regarding dust exposure etc, which makes the product exempt from resale, by us.
If your food packaging meets the above & below requirements, and you wish to return your order, your refund will be subject to a deduction to the sum of the original delivery cost to us, delivering the goods to you.
PRODUCTS OTHER THAN PACKAGING (Electrical/office chairs etc)
If you wish to return your order, your refund will be subject to a deduction to the sum of the original delivery cost to us, for delivering the goods to you.
All returns must be returned within it's original product packaging it arrived to you in. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You must not write on the product packaging, or deface it in any way. Should this be the case, then your return will become null and void.
We recommend you keep all product packaging for the duration of your first 12 months of ownership.

We must be notified in writing, of any potential returns to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we must receive back returned items in good condition within 14 days from date of order.
We have the right to refuse - any requested returns after 7 days from date of your receipt, and any returned items received back to us after 14 days from date of order.
All returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item/s were despatched by us, or the item/s were severely damaged in transit on their way to you.
In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order. If a replacement is requested, we will despatch this at our cost.
Items which are returned for a refund within the 14 day limit, due to you (the customer) changing your mind upon reciept of the item/s, for whatever reason, we *MAY* (at our discretion) subtract off the refund total, the original delivery cost to us for the item/s. We would be within our rights to do so.
Please note, any item/s returned for any reason other than wrong item sent or faulty/damaged through transit, any sign of mis-use, bad treatment etc while in your possession then we have the right to refuse the refund.
In these cases, the item/s you (the customer) send back to us *MUST* be in resalable condition.
