ORDER AND PAY BEFORE 1p.m. ON A WORKING DAY AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED THE SAME DAY.

Orders placed after 1p.m. on a working day, along with orders placed on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed the next working day.

IMPORTANT - Free delivery applies to orders delivered to most UK Mainland postcodes only.

Please ask for delivery costs to Scottish Highlands, Northern / Southern Ireland, ALL offshore islands and all International countries before ordering.

Delivery service details - WE USE PARCELFORCE 24, DHL 1 & 2-3 WORKING DAY, UPS FOR LARGER ITEMS, AND ROYALMAIL POST FOR SMALLER ITEMS.

In most cases, items ordered on a working day before 1p.m. are despatched within 1 working day, however, please allow upto 5 working days for delivery from date of payment.

PLEASE NOTE - Items sent with ROYALMAIL are not considered 'lost' by ROYALMAIL, until after 15 working days from date of posting.

If your item was sent by us with ROYALMAIL, and it has failed to be delivered to your delivery address on your order within the 15 working day limit, then we will take the appropriate action to satisfy both you (the customer) and ourselves.
