Terms and Conditions

By placing any orders with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions so please read through these before placing your order.

Please note that the automated confirmation email you receive is not acceptance of your order even though payment has been taken via PayPal. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we despatch the product to you, usually within 1 (one) or 2 (two) days from receiving payment. Despatch will be confirmed by email.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales given, however delays are occasionally inevitable but are very rare. All claims for items not delivered must be made within 30 days of despatch.

All items are subject to availability. In the very rare event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

We always try to ensure that our prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no errors in the description or price of goods listed. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it.

All prices are inclusive of U.K. VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate.

Payment can be made via PayPal only and we do not accept any other form of payment.

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return your purchase you must notify us as soon as possible after receipt, in any case within 14 days, starting the day after delivery.
