FAQ's

I want to purchase multiple items, how does the postage work?

Display Products Ltd offers great savings on postage costs.

Postage and packing is currently a maximum charge of £3.50 to the UK mainland excluding Highlands and Islands. Please see courier Surcharges below for non UK Mainland addresses.

We currently offer a few different postal rates to take into account the size and weight of each product - however you will only be charged the one postal price - which will be the highest postal charge. This will either be £1.95, £2.35, £2.95 or £3.50 depending on the products you order.

Our customers can now order multiple products from our different shop categories and just pay a maximum of £3.50 postage and packing to UK Mainland.

How do I receive my postage discount?

For customers that order different products from our shop categories please make one combined payment on checkout to automatically receive your postage discount.

You can do this by following the following guide.

1. After clicking the buy now button within the product listing, select your quantity then click the commit to buy button.
2. Select return to sellers shop rather than continue to checkout to order your additional products.
3. When you have all the products you require click the “Won” link under “All Buying”.
3. Click the Pay now button on one of the orders from our eBay store.
4. On the review page please tick all products to make one combined payment. You will only be charged the highest Postage Price.
5. Once you are happy with your order, click pay now with PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account or would like to make an instant payment with your credit card you can do this on the next page (as long as your card is not registered with a PayPal account) or you may call 01493 653088 to make payment via the phone. We also accept cheques by post made payable to Display Products Ltd.

The advertised price includes VAT and is automatically added to your order total on checkout.

Please contact us before checkout if you are a VAT registered company from the EU if you would like VAT deducted from your invoice total.

When will I receive my parcel?

We aim to dispatch all parcels within 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays. However on the occasion where stock levels are low, please allow us time to manufacture your products. This will only delay your parcel by a further 1 - 2 days, and we will endeavour to contact you should this occasion occur.

Standard Delivery - Please allow up to 7 working days for our couriers to deliver your parcels, only after then are parcels classed as lost, and we can arrange for re-delivery.

Express Delivery - Please allow 1 - 2 working days and tracking information will be emailed to you after checkout.

Next Day Delivery - Please place your order on an Express or Timed Delivery service before 12.30pm. Late orders may still be dispatched for next day delivery, but please contact us to ensure availability.

Urgent Next day Delivery - Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure there are no foreseeable issues.

Saturday Delivery is available please contact us for availability and a quotation.

Surcharges

Delivery to the following destinations and postcodes whether on a Standard or Express Delivery may be subject to a £7.95 inclusive of vat surcharge (depending on the volumetric weight of your parcel):

AB31 - AB38, AB40 – AB56, IV1 – IV28, IV30 – IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52 – IV54, IV63, KW1 – KW14, PA21 – PA38, PH4 – PH41, PH49 – PH50, BT (N.Ireland)

Delivery to the following postcodes whether on a Standard or Express Delivery may be subject to a £11.65 inclusive of vat surcharge (depending on the volumetric weight of your parcel):

HS, IV41 – 49, IV51, IV55 – IV56, KA27 – KA28, KW15 – KW17, PA20, PA41 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH42- PH44, ZE, IM (Isle Of Man), Channel Islands.

Delivery to Europe and Worldwide: Please contact us for a quotation.

My items have not arrived?

Standard Delivery - Please allow up to 7 working days for our couriers to deliver your parcels, only after then are parcels classed as lost, and we can arrange for re-delivery.

Express Delivery - Please allow 1 - 2 working days and tracking information will be emailed to you after checkout. We check our courier’s manifests to ensure there are no issues with delivery but Royal Mail does not provide us with the ability to real time track - only on receipt do they obtain a signature. Therefore if after this time your parcel still has not arrived please contact us and we will investigate as to the whereabouts of you missing goods, and re-issue your order when required.
 

 

My items have arrived damaged?

Every effort is taken to ensure product arrives in perfect condition but sometimes courier damage is un- avoidable. Should your products become damaged please inform us and provide information and an emailed picture so that we can investigate with our couriers or change our packing methods. Replacements are promptly sent with a discount card for future orders and our apologies.

I want to return my item?

You must inform us in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel of your intent to return your goods. Goods should be returned in "as new" condition at the cost of the buyer. A prompt refund of the product price will be issued on safe receipt of the customer’s goods.

Custom (non-stock) goods altered on the customer’s request or made to a customer’s specification, which includes all printed products utilising the customers artwork cannot be returned for a refund.
 

I have sent an email but have not received a response?

Our customer services team will do their best to respond to all emails same day, or if an email is received late in the afternoon your email will be answered on the next working day morning. Un replied emails that fall outside these times may not have been received, therefore please call us with your enquiry. Emails are answered between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
 

I'm not sure if the product is what I need?

If you would like more information or product specifics explained please contact us. We have staff members on hand who are fully trained to answer your questions
 

I've seen the product I need, but require it in a different size?
