You have 14 days, from the date of receipt, to return any un-wanted items back to us to receive a full refund. All items bought from us must be returned to us in their original, un-worn condition with all tags still attached.
We recommend that you make a new purchase if the item is unsuitable as this is much quicker than exchanging. We can then simply refund the incorrect item.
If an item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the problem straight away.
Please note that any return postage costs are at your own expense. We recommend that items are sent back by Recorded or Special Delivery & that you obtain a proof-of-postage receipt with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. Once your goods are received back to us, you will be issued with a refund – please note that this will appear back into your PayPal account within 3-5 working days of us processing it. If you return an item without enclosing the necessary paperwork, there may be a slight delay in processing your order and refunding your money.

Items Dispatched in Error
In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, you should contact us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.
Faulty Items
UK Clothing Store makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should contact us within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.
