What is your returns policy?
If you wish to return an item please contact customer service for a returns number on 0845 094 2800. They will advise you on the process to follow.
If an item is damaged it is replaced immediately.
If you change your mind we will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive the order but it must be unopened and in its original packaging.
How do I pay?
We accept Paypal and will despatch goods within 48 hours of payment being received (except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free delivery on all orders.
Can I send to an alternative address?
We only shipped to confirmed delivery addresses provided by Paypal. Before you pay please ensure that your Paypal address matches your delivery address.
How quickly will I get my order?
We endeavour to ensure that all items are in stock so you will receive your order in a timely fashion.
We offer Free delivery on all orders and are sent by courier (2 Â– 3 days delivery) and by Tracked Royal Mail also with a delivery time of 2 - 3 days.
Please be aware that once despatched your order is in the hands of responsible carriers but we cannot influence delivery times once the goods have left us.

Are your items all new?
Yes they are all brand new and despatched from our main warehouse.
Do you accept exchanges?
No you would need to place a separate order and return the unwanted items for a refund.
What is your relationship with Silentnight?
We are their preferred distributor for bedding, pillows, duvets, mattress toppers and mattress protectors.
