Shipping

We offer several shipping options both domestically and worldwide that include standard first class mail for small, low value items, Royal Mail Tracked for small more valuable items that require proof of receipt, and courier overnight services for larger, more expensive items and for orders that are required urgently.

For small orders within the UK below 2kg in weight, customers will be offered a standard and expedited signed for service (Royal Mail Tracked or Royal Mail First Class).

For small orders outside the UK below 2kg in weight, customers will be offered Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery or Standard International Delivery.

For larger orders involving boxes and wholesale orders (anything weighing over 2kg) we use UK Mail for domestic and international delivery.

We offer superb multiple purchase postage discounts (99p per extra item within the UK), but also excellent postage discounts to overseas customers, so please take advantage by purchasing more than one item at once. As long as you don't pay for items individually, these postage savings are normally calculated for you by eBay but sometimes they don't successfully apply these postage discounts to your invoice. If this is the case, please just click the "Contact Seller" link under "Actions" and tell us - We will adjust it for you and advise you when the invoice is ready to pay. If you pay for items individually and then ask us afterwards to combine them, we won’t be able to help you, as orders are packed and dispatched immediately after being paid for, so please remember to ask us for a revised invoice with shipping discounts once you’ve finished shopping.

If your item is lost or delayed, you can rest assured it is insured for a replacement or a refund, and we will do everything we can to track and trace your order. We will never wait for Royal Mail to issue insurance before refunding you on lost or damaged items. We will make our own claims with them and refund or replace your order without question as soon as they confirm to us that it is lost, and this may take 2 weeks from the date of sending.
