Payment: Payment within 5 days of the auction end,
please!
From UK buyers: I accept paypal (not e-cheques), postal order, bankers draft or personal cheque (subject to 7 day clearing period). Please note I am not accepting e-cheques at the moment
only because they are taking 10-14 days to clear.
From European, US and other overseas buyers: I can ONLY accept paypal payment in GBP / £ from bidders outside the UK. Again, no e-cheques please.
Posting:
I tend to go to the post office fairly early in the day, but I do go most days.
I try and get your item posted the day after I get your cleared payment. I
do obtain confirmation of posting for all my items and will hold this for 1
month.
Notification of posting:
I DO email to let you know its on its way - please check spam folders, as this
sort of email can end up there!
Collection: is possible by prior arrangement ONLY - ie. if you want to collect then you should email me at the end of the auction to arrange a mutually convenient time. If you want to check if a certain day will be ok for collection, please email me
before the auction closes.
Combined Shipping: I will combine shipping on multiple wins (and purchases from the shop!) within a three day period. I combine shipping based on the actual packaged weight
plus packing cost of the items won - please use the 'request a total' option when you have all the items you were after & I will send you an invoice as soon as I can! Combined shipping is ONLY available when ONE payment is made. Please note that the way the postage rates work, it MIGHT in some cases make it more expensive to combine shipping - I will offer you the best price I can, making clear if it will be for one or more packages.
For UK buyers, recorded delivery is available on 1st or 2nd class services, if its not quoted, please add 80p if
its required.
International buyers - please note I will ship items ONLY to the locations shown in that items "Post to" field. If your location is not shown, then you must assume that I will NOT ship to you.
If your
location is not shown in the Post to field, please feel free to ask for a price,
but bear in mind that its usually the big and heavy items which I offer only to
the UK and therefore it may be expensive. Please DO NOT use the Buy It Now
button if you are not in the UK and the post to location shows as UK only UNLESS
you have asked for a shipping price and are happy to pay the price quoted.
For those in the USA, please note shipping to anywhere in the US is the same and will be shown under "Americas". If Overseas Insurance is required it is possible to use International signed for (£3.75 over the airmail rate up to 31 March 2009, after which it will be £3.95)
this is NOT available on surface mail. Please ask if you require an invoice with International Signed for shown. PLEASE NOTE - SHIPPING TO LITHUANIA REQUIRES INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR AND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE RATE ABOVE OVER ANY AIRMAIL RATE QUOTED. This is not negotiable as the Post Office won't send to Lithuania at regular airmail rates.
