  Please remember to add all personalisation details to payment in Note to Seller or via email.

Please include Glass Type, Design, Personalised Message and Colours plus a contact number should we need to contact you for any queries.  Failure to add details can result in your gift being delayed.

Best Offer facility is for multiple glasses - if you would like a personalised quote for a large or bespoke order please contact us.

Payment Policy:

 

We ask that all payments are made within 7 days of winning your goods.

Our preferred payment is Paypal, which allows a secure and prompt service, however we are happy to accept personal cheque or bankers draft. (cheques made payable to Tanya Anear)

 

Returns Policy:

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on any personalised goods – once payment has been received, work commences on your personalised gift. 

 

Faulty Goods

 

Any item found to have been damaged or have a legitimate fault must be returned and after inspection, we will be happy to replace the item. If you need to return any goods to us, you must inform us by email, within 7 days of receipt of goods, to tanya@trulycreativegifts.com

Goods must be returned in the original packaging. The cost of the postage back to us will be at the customers cost.  The replacement goods will be posted back to you at our expense.

 

If you do have a problem, please contact me on through tanya@trulycreativegifts.com or on 07764 765933 as most problems can be resolved quicker and easier if discussed.

Despatch Times

 

Non-personalised items will be despatched within 2 working days of payment clearance. Personalised items may take longer (especially large orders) - please check individual items on estimated despatch times or contact us for accurate despatch dates. If you are looking to purchase something in a hurry or for a particular date, please contact us and we will be able to give you a more accurate despatch time.

 

If you wish to collect your item from us in Banstead, Surrey you are welcome to. Please contact us so we can make mutually agreeable arrangements and for more information on my location.

 

Postage and Packaging

 

Our P&P charges are designed to cover only costs, so depend on the size and weight of the parcel as well as the necessary packaging. Please refer to my postage costs page.
