When can I expect my order to arrive?
It is our aim here at Trueshopping to provide our customers with a speedy and cost effective delivery service. Providing a telephone number when you place you order will ensure a smooth delivery process. Please see below for our delivery timescales.
We are proud to be able to offer Same Day Dispatch on all our stock lines when an order is placed with us on a weekday before 4pm. Stocked items will then be delivered on a next working day service.
Drop Ship Items:
Some of our items are sent from third party suppliers and therefore will take a little longer to arrive. Delivery on our drop ship items can be expected to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Trueshopping use the following carriers - DX, UK Freight or Hermes.
If no one is available to sign for the item, the courier will attempt to deliver on two further dates before returning the item to our warehouse (a card will be put through the door asking for you to phone up the local depot to arrange a convenient delivery date)
Our courier company will contact you prior to delivering your goods to agree a time that is convenient for you. Someone will need to be at the address at the time the delivery is made, the driver will help unload the goods, but they will not assist with breaking down the pallet or taking this into your home
How do I order multiple items?
If multiple items are available you may add them at the checkout.
I received a faulty product, how will you handle this ?
Please notify us ASAP via phone 08444176629 or our online query system if the item is faulty so that we can either arrange for a spare part or a full replacement to be sent.

How do I cancel my order after I won?
We are not able to cancel auction orders as eBay considers all bids as binding and has already charged us the Final Value Fee. If you are unable to pay, we will be required to file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay as this is the only means for us to recover the fee.

All our items are new, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

We do not offer bespoke products.
What are the specifications, size, dimensions, for an item?

Is it okay if I wait for a few days to make the payment?
We require the payment within 7 days. After that period the checkout will close and a non payment dispute will be raised.
Do you sell spare parts?
We do not sell spare parts. We will send free of charge parts for items covered in our 12 months guarantee.
I'm interested in this item but do not use PayPal - can I use a credit card , money order or check if I win?
We do accept Credit Card payments over the phone. Please call us on 08444176629 We do accept cheques, but we shall only despatch once the payment has cleared.
Can I get more items at the same price as the winning bid for an auction?
You can only get the individual item you have been bidding on.
