Changed your mind or unwanted item ordered
We are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unworn, in its original packaging with the tags still attached and you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Any refund will be minus any postage costs. A refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. All returns are by prior arrangement only, and should be accompanied by Item No, User ID, Date Brought, Delivery Address and clearly stating the reason for return.

Faulty/damaged or incorrect item received
Although all items are packaged well, damage in transit can happen and on very rare occasions the incorrect item may be sent out, In this case we will refund or exchange the item providing you contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you in full including postage and also any postage costs you incur by returning the item to us.
