Delivery & Returns
True Traders Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates.
We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable in terms of quality and service that is offered by us and we will help wherever possible to ensure this is so. In order to ensure our prices stay low we need our customers to act in a fair and reasonable manner too.
All prices include VAT. If you require a VAT invoice, if you wish to buy from a VAT exempt country, or if you are a VAT registered company in the EU please contact us.
Please make sure you provide a full delivery address including postcode, the name of the recipient and a contact telephone number. Most deliveries will need to be signed for. Aternative delivery arrangements (such as "Leave in Greenhouse") may be provided for the carrier at your risk.
Delivery will either:
a) be dispatched on the working day following payment if the products are in stock, or
b) be despatched on the working day following receipt from the manufacturers if not in stock. This is normally within 1 week and we will notify you if an item becomes out of stock.
NOTE THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES AS WE USE NATIONWIDE CARRIERS THAT FROM TIME TO TIME ARE DELAYED - ESPECIALLY BEFORE PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND DURING WEATHER PROBLEMS. IF YOU NEED PRODUCTS URGENTLY PLEASE CALL US BEFORE ORDERING AND WE WILL ADVISE DESPATCH DATE AND DELIVERY METHOD. WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS ARE NOT CONSIDERED DELIVERY DAYS.
Delivery charges vary depending on item and weight. Please check listings for details. We will happily reduce postage charges for multiple items purchase at the same time. Please contact us for an amended invoice.

How to return goods:
Please call 01493 854611 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about the problem.
We will replace any product if it is defective, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Consumers have the right under the Distance Selling Regulations to return the goods, at their own expense and within 7 working days, for a full refund, however this does not apply to businesses. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned unused item. The item and it's packaging must be undamaged and in a saleable condition. The return delivery charge will not be refunded. This does not apply to personalised goods or goods made or modified to the Consumers specification.
The address for any returns will be given by True Traders and may be different in each case.
Once clearance has been given by True Traders, please package securely and dispatch to the given address. When returning a product, we recommend you use a service where you are able to track/prove delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of returned goods.
If the return is the due to a problem with the product or an error by True Traders Ltd then we will ask you to return the goods and refund the postage. In some cases we may decide to arrange for collection.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely events of goods being received damaged in transit, please ensure you sign for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked". Alternatively goods/single items that are clearly damaged can be refused on those grounds and returned with the courier.
