Postage
• All items paid for by 2.30 pm are posted out 1st class same day, whenever possible, or next day Monday to Friday in quality mailers.
• UK Buyers please email if you need a combined postage price for any books
• Overseas Buyers please email me for a postage price before buying, books are heavy items and the postage will be substantial. 
• I email all my buyers when their order is dispatched, if you do not receive it within a reasonable time please contact me and I will either refund your payment or send out a replacement whichever you prefer. Remember I can't rectify a problem unless I know it exists.

Payments
• Paypal only please.
• When paying by echeque through Paypal please allow time for your payment to clear. I will email you when your order is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
• Trott On Equestrian offer a full 'no quibble' refund policy. If your item is faulty or damaged let me know within 14 days of receiving it. Then simply return it back to me to receive either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
