Buyers outside of the UK must pay for purchases by PayPal.
Please note that the prices of our items are in GBP (the currency of the United Kingdom). To calculate our prices in your own local currency, simply log into your PayPal account and take advantage of the simple Currency Converter.
UK residents may pay by PayPal, Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft, Postal Order, and credit/debit cards (when paying by PayPal).
All payments to be received within 7 days of item purchase. After this time, Unpaid Item Reminders will be sent, in accordance with eBay policy. Items that remain unpaid for more than 7 days may be re-listed and sold to another customer.
We are happy to accept all forms of PayPal payment, including eCheque.
General Shipping information:
All of our items ship from the United Kingdom.
Please note that in order to comply with EU regulations, packages shipped from the United Kingdom to international destinations - including other countries of the EU - cannot exceed a maximum weight of 2 kilos. If your purchases and their packaging weigh more than this, we will regrettably need to ship your item in more than one package. To check the weights for any of our items, simply contact us and we can provide further assistance.
To comply with both European Union and national legal requirements, a small number of our items cannot be shipped to Germany, France and/or Italy. If you reside in one of these European Union countries, please check with us at any time before purchase, to find out whether we can ship your desired item to you.
Combined Shipping information:
Forget about high shipping costs for multiple purchases.
UK-based customer? Pay a maximum of £9.95 for shipping, no matter how many items you purchase, up to a maximum package weight of 10KG.
This offer is regrettably unavailable to customers with shipping addresses in the following postcodes:
PH19-PH44, PH49, PH50, PA20-PA88, KA27, KA28, and all IV, KW, ZE and HS postcodes, where higher rates apply. Higher rates also apply to customers with a shipping address on the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.
Please contact us for a shipping quote if you wish your items to be sent to one of the areas mentioned above.
If you're purchasing a smaller number of items, just let us know and we will gladly combine your items into one package, and offer you the most reasonable shipping price we can.
At certain times of the year, we offer Clearance and Sale listings which do require an immediate payment to be made. In these cases, we still offer combined shipping, and will partially refund your shipping costs. Simply check with us for details!
International Customers: We are always happy to combine shipping, and offer a combined shipping discount, when possible. Certain items cannot be combined, such as fragile items, or those items that could potentially damage each other during transit. While we will combine as much as we possibly can, we would rather lose a sale than risk your items being damaged while on their way to you.
To comply with European Union Health & Safety legislation, the maximum package weight for international shipments is 2 kilograms. This applies to all international shipments, including those to and within the European Union.
Our flat-rate shipping is regrettably unavailable to customers outside of the UK, but we are always happy to combine your items whenever possible.
SHIPPING PRICES
Finally, our shipping prices include not only the cost of postage, but carriage, handling and packaging materials. We do not charge any type of additional surcharge, or inflate any of our shipping prices, to recover our PayPal fees. PayPal is the fastest way for us to complete your transaction, and it is our choice to accept PayPal as a form of payment. You should not be penalized for this, and when shopping with us, you never will be.
ABOUT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is in some way defective, we will gladly refund your costs in returning it to us; otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of the return. We do request that unwanted goods are returned in perfect, re-saleable and unused condition (including packaging). If returning an item to us, it must be sent by a postal service which can be tracked online, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Otherwise, we will be unable to refund you.
If we send a package to you, and Royal Mail are unable to deliver it and the package is subsequently returned to us via your local sorting office, you will be responsible for the cost of us re-dispatching the package to you. Alternatively, you will be refunded once the item has been received by us.
Our refund policy applies only to customers in the United Kingdom.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
