If you need to contact us because you are concerned about the late arrival of one of your recent purchases, or if you have any other concerns, we will respond to your message as soon as we see it, which will usually be within 48 hours. During our absence, our access to the internet will be severely limited, however please be aware that all purchased and paid for items have been shipped, effective May 9, 2013.

If your package hasn't yet arrived, please also check with your local Royal Mail or local mail service's delivery office. As the vast majority of our items are shipped in packaging boxes rather than envelopes, its possible your item is being held for collection.

Plus, with the exception of packaging tape and materials used to protect our more delicate items, our packaging is fully bio-degradable. We're a 96% plastic-free zone, so join our green (but very colourful) packaging revolution! The only time we use either bubble wrap or packaging peanuts is for very large or very fragile orders, and furthermore, our shipping prices are hard to beat.

4. We take receipt of new stock up to four times each week, meaning our listed stock is as new and as fresh as it can possibly be.

5. At any given time, only up to 45% of our available stock is listed on eBay, meaning that if you cant find an item that you need, its very possible that we'll have it in stock. Our eBay listings are merely a selection, so if you cant see it, just ask!

If you need your purchase urgently, please speak to us about Special Delivery or International Registered Mail we can offer at a surcharge. Please be aware that in order to comply with the requirements of the PayPal Buyer Protection Programme, we are required to ship your purchases to the address you select as the 'shipping address' when submitting your payment to us. International Customers: We are always happy to combine shipping, and offer a combined shipping discount, when possible, for our international customers. Certain items cannot be combined, such as fragile items, or those items that could potentially damage each other during transit. While we will combine as much as we possibly can, we would rather lose a sale than risk your items being damaged while on their way to you. The maximum package weight for international transactions is 2 kilograms. Please be aware that in order to comply with the requirements of the PayPal Buyer Protection Programme, we are required to ship your purchases to the address you select as the 'shipping address' when submitting your payment to us. We will not be able to send packages to any alternate address.

 

Returns: Please note that the postage fee to return items to us must be paid for by the buyer, except when items are deemed and/or agreed to be defective by TropicanaUK. All returns must be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery from UK customers, or Registered Mail from international customers.

Please note that if packaging, colours, shades and aromas are slightly different to items that you have previously purchased, either from us or from L'Occitane, please bear in mind that natural aromas do change over time, as does the packaging that both L'Occitane and TropicanaUK uses. These minor changes do not constitute a defect.
