Shipping & Returns
Dispatch Times
At TrooHealthCare.com we pick and pack every day from
Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays). As we stock all items this
usually means your goods will be dispatched next working day from the
order - provided that payment has been received and funds are cleared.
In the unlikely event of a temporary stock shortage we
guarantee to dispatch your goods within 5 working days of order or we offer
a full refund.
Delivery options We currently ship our products by first class or signed-for air mail. Normal
air mail delivery times for your countries postal service apply. If you wish
to use a different delivery service to those offered then please contact us.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom
Troohealthcare.com will deliver your order to the any location in the world.
Checking order status You will receive three e-mails after you have placed your order and
provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been
received (your order confirmation number will be included).
- The second email confirms payment being
received.
- The third confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking
information will be included).
You will also receive an attached VAT invoice for your transaction by
email. If you require a physical print out then please let us know.
Delivery Times
Although the mail services we use are
usually very reliable delivery delays do occur that are beyond our control.
We do NOT take responsibility for any delays that occur once we passed your
package on to the mail carrier. If you require your item urgently then we
can use a special delivery service as long as you pay for the extra postal
cost. Please contact us if this interests you.
Lost Items
Occasionally items go missing in the mail
service and in these instances we will get a replacement to you as soon
as possible.
For UK deliveries an item is not deemed
lost by the mail service until 15 working days after the due delivery date. For overseas mail
the period is 25 days. After these times have elapsed we will send out a
replacement item and make a compensation claim for the lost item.
Returns
Returns or exchanges TrooHealthCare.com
unconditionally guarantees* the quality of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if
you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us within 45
days of your order and we
will either exchange or refund your money.
Please include the following in your package: Any items** you are
returning in the original packaging and a copy of the sales invoice (emailed
to you) with the items and prices circled. If you cannot find your sales
invoice then please include a copy of a returns form which we can provide on
request.

*Please Note:
our no quibble guarantee has been
set up in the interests of developing a long term relationship founded on mutual
trust with our customers. As part of this we expect to be contacted first if
there is a problem with an order so that we may have the opportunity to fix it.
If negative feedback is left before that chance
is afforded then we reserve the right to revoke the guarantee on any used items.
We know of no other companies who offer the same level of customer protection as
we offer so it is only fair that we are offered the opportunity to fully service
all orders. I am sure you understand that trust must work both ways.
** The guarantee on used items is limited to one unit per item.
Most of our products provide at least a one month supply so this should be ample
time to test the product. If you are returning one or more of the same item we
will only refund on one used item plus any un-opened items in re-sellable
condition.
