Payment:   Trojan accepts all types of payments:

Credit & Debit Cards – To pay with these means please ring 0845 4025178 during working hours

Bank Transfer - Please contact us so bank details can be sent

Paypal – Please pay through Ebay or wait for an invoice to be sent

Cheques – Please make payable to Trojan Distribution Ltd (Please note goods will not be released until clear funds are shown in our bank account

Cash & Postal Orders – Please ensure secured postage methods are used (Special Delivery) as we are not responsible for payments that go missing in the postal system

Returns

Please note returns will be only accepted providing goods are returned to The Trojan Group within 7 days of receipt.

Return Postage will not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure goods are insured for their return.

Trojan will not be responsible for returned goods lost in transit to The Trojan Group.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received (this includes product packaging).

Late or customer damaged returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.
