| A:Yes I do and Royal Mail calculates by weight not the number of items. If you want a quote please get in touch detaiing the items of interest |
| Q:What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Magazines, Newspapers and Periodicals plus all auction items are exempt from returns according to UK Govt regulations but if I you feel that I have mis-advertised the item then please contact me.
All other items plus agreed magazine returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt and buyer pays trackable postage and packing fees.

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:If one combined payment is made then I will combime postage to all countries. Please contact me giving details of the items you are interested in and I will give you a quote as items vary so much in weight. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:I post on average 3 days a week. Once your payment has been received I will contact you advising postage arrangements. Bulky shipments over 1kg may be a bit longer as I can only carry so much but are usually shipped within 3 days. |
| Q:Can you help me find items ? |

| A:Yes- I have a record of all my magazines and books which is over 5000. I can also inform you when I list something that you might have an interest in. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes I have ship worldwide. All items are listed with worldwide postage costs. To find your country please use the drop-down menu in the postage section.A choice of air mail or surface is usually available |
| Q:If I ask a question how quickly will you respond ? |

| A:I usually respond the same day. At times I have auction items running but have changed the shop to holiday settings due to other commitments. So please check the shop if you have not received a reply. |
| Q:Are you Private or a Business Seller? |

| A:About 80% of the items are my own but having sold on ebay since 2005 I have recently been enhancing this stock with similar items to help others boost their collections around the world and achieved power seller status which means I am considered a business. |

| A:Feedback is left once you have received your item and feedback has been left for me. I used to leave once payment was received but many did not respond. |
| Q:What happens if I am cannot pay you instantly ? |
|
| A:I expect payment within seven days and if no communication has been received after 5 days I will send a message to you. Standard ebay reminders are sent after 7 days and non-payment action is taken. Do not be offended if you get one of these messages but I do need to know what is going on. |
