UK BUYERS: payment must be via PayPal - I do not accept postal orders or personal cheques. NON-UK BUYERS: payment must be via PayPal - I do not accept Money Orders. If you buy more than one item please wait for my invoice so that I can heavily discount your overseas Shipping.

RETURNS to TRIBES AND VIBES

Whilst I hope that you will be totally satisfied with all your purchases, I understand that there are occasions when items will not be as you had hoped for. I can either replace the item for you or offer you a full refund. Please contact me in the first instance to let me know that there is a problem.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations it is your right to return an item within 7 working days of receipt. I will accept returns for up to 14 days.

The following criteria will apply:

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS: If items are faulty or damaged during delivery, I will refund the Buyer the cost of the item (or send a replacement) plus the cost of returning the item.

UNWANTED ITEMS: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

EARRINGS: all earrings are packaged in a plastic sleeve so that they can be inspected without opening the original packaging. For reasons of Hygiene, I can only accept Earring Returns if the original plastic packaging remains unopened (foam wrapping excluded) and are returned in that condition, or if they are damaged on arrival.

In all cases, you must understand that legally you are the owner of the item, and must take steps to ensure that it arrives back with me, as I am unable to replace/refund any item which goes missing in the post. I would recommend that you to return it to me using the Royal Mail Recorded Signed-For service (it will cost around 95p in addition to the standard stamp price). This service requires me to sign for it when it is received here, so you will know that it has arrived. You will also have a tracking number to produce to the Royal Mail if it were to go missing, so that they can track it for you. For Non-UK Buyers I would also recommend that you use a signed-for service to return items.
