We show the correct delivery prices on all items listed in our eBay shop but unfortunately we are not able to offer this service to certain areas of the UK due to larger delivery charges. In these cases, as long as you are logged in to eBay with your account details, the correct postage charge will be shown for that item.
Please note, we are only able to dispatched to the address given with the order and are not able to amend any address after the order is place.
We take our deliveries very seriously and endeavour to get your order to you within the shortest time possible. The delivery times for each item is shown on the product page and is an estimated time based on the type of delivery and service offered.
If you require your order more urgently, please contact us first and we will be able to advise you on the services available to your address and the shipping cost for this service.
We use Royal Mail and MyHermes for delivery of smaller, lightweight items and UKMail for the larger or heavier items.
When we dispatch your order, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the details of the delivery and where applicable, a consignment number for you to track this. It will also contain your VAT invoice in the form of a PDF so you may need to check your junk or spam folder.
