Please contact us via Email prior to returning any goods.

Packaged Non Faulty Items:- Items must be returned within 7 days of order and in their original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Postage charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Net Curtain Returns: All Net Curtain orders are made to measure, we cut each order individually from the roll of net and therefore are specially made per order. Therefore Net Curtain orders are non returnable. Saying that we are happy to help where we can, so please contact us prior to returning Net Curtains as nets returned without prior notice that are returned due to ordering error or just no longer required will be liable for a 50% restocking/loss fee.

Faulty Items:- Items must be returned within 7 days of order and in their original packaging and in the condition in which you received them. Please email me via ebay prior to returning goods, and remember to put your full name and returning message within the parcel.
