We usually ship orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Anything ordered over a weekend will not be shipped until Monday.
To try and keep things simple we mainly use 2 services, Royal Mail for a cheaper option for small toys, and Parcel Force for heavy,expensive or fragile items.
For international shipments we use the same services, however both services hand the mail over to a partner in the destination country, often GLS for Parcel Force and varies considerably for Royal Mail. Depending on the cost of the item will depend on what service we use, usually anything over £40 will be sent via a trackable service.

We offer excellent combined shipping rates, and will always combine a shipment. We cannot combine shipments made at different times if 1 has already been paid for. Always wait for a total or request it when you have finished your purchases.
As much as a missing or lost package is extremely inconvenient for everyone, there are some guidelines we must follow.
1)We have to allow 10 working days from expected arrival before we would class the package as lost(20 working days internationally)
2)Will will ONLY offer a replacement of the product and not a refund as we feel this cuts down on fraudulent claims.
3)We will only proceed to replace a product if the customer has checked their local sorting office as 99% of missing packages sit here waiting for collection. Although a common response is "we have not been left a card", "we know our postman" or "i was in all day" are valid, the problem is the package is never given to a postman to deliver.
If a package is returned back to us due to the fault of the customer (As in not collected from depot,on holiday etc) we will only re-post if shipping is paid again. Call us on 01603 488677 to pay this.
How We Ship Items
We clearly state in each listing how a product is posted, usually a cheap item we expect to be opened will be posted in a jiffy bag, and then more expensive items in a box. We do NOT use bubble wrap, we simply place a product in a box with newspaper as packaging. This keeps postage costs low, and means we do not over charge for anything unneccessary. If items are required to be sent boxed we will do this at no additional charge, just leave a message with payment. If an item arrives with damaged packaging and a box was not requested we will not replace it, however in any circumstances if the product itself is damaged we WILL replace it.
We ship nearly all our products internationally, and sadly we have a lot of international products go missing. To prevent this as much as we can we send most International items via Royal Mail International Signed For post. Although tracking info is limited, it will assure the buyer the product has been sent and makes claims a lot easier. We also ask International Buyers to be patient as items can take up to 4 weeks. Larger items over 2kg will ONLY be sent via Parcel Force which means it will be very expensive.
