Returns
All items are recieved by me in imacculate condition and are posted in the same condition. However sometimes items can be recieved damaged caused during delivery. Should this occur please contact me immediately.
In some cases i may ask for an email to be sent with proof of damage. In this case another item will be posted out to you if this is what you wish. Should you wish to return the item as proof this if fine but please note that this should be returned to me at your own cost as i will not refund the postage. Once item is recieved i shall dispatch another item or refund if prefered.
Please return the product within 14 days from the dispatch date. All items being returned are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds are available if you wish to return a damaged item and do not want another one dispatched but please let me know on contacting me.
If you are genuinely not happy with your purchase you may return the item to me but at your own cost as no postage refund will be given. Once i have recieved the item an immediate refund will be given. |
