Tots n Toys FAQ
We pride ourselves on excellent service, we try to answer all queries and questions as quickly as possible.
We post smaller items out first class and larger items by next day courier to ensure prompt delivery. We despatch every day Monday - Friday.
We can accept payment through paypal, postal order or cheque through the post (cheques do have to clear)
or we can take credit or debit card payments over the telephone. Call 01634 718123 between 9.30am - 3.00pm Monday - Friday
We will do our utmost to ensure you will be satisfied with our wide selection of products. If you are unhappy you can return (at your expense) your item in it's original packaging & condition within a week for a full refund.
We try to deal with any issues or problems as quickly as possible.
