POSTAGE & PACKING
Totally Underwear currently post under the following timescales.
Orders placed between Friday 11:30pm to Tuesday 11:30pm are collected on Tuesday afternoon and posted on TUESDAY.
Orders placed between Tuesday 11:30pm and Friday 11:30pm are collected on Friday afternoon and posted on Friday.
Please note that we are not open and do NOT post on weekends or bank holidays.
All items are posted 1st class recorded. If you need your item sent via Special Delivery (next day), please read our conditions above. Please ask for pricing on Special delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL POSTAGE TIMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. TOTALLY UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SLOW DELIVERY THROUGH THE POST. WE OFFER NO GUARANTEES OF POSTAGE TIMESCALES AND YOUR PURCHASE IS CONFIRMATION OF YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ESTAMITED TIMESCALES BELOW.
FIRST CLASS DELIVERY: 1st class post normally takes between 1 to 3 days for delivery. Please be aware & do not assume that payment of 1st class guarantees next day delivery. We have a handling period as outlined above to allow us to collect our stock from our warehouse and pack, before sending. From that there delivery is a MINIMUM OF ONE DAY.
All items are packaged in plain grey mailing envelopes, with only your address and our return address on (no logo).
All items are sent with an offical Totally Underwear invoice - if this item is for a gift PLEASE LET US KNOW and we will ensure that no invoice is sent with the item.
We are more than happy to post to Europe - however, due to previous postal issues, the only way we will send abroad is via International Signed-For Delivery. The price for this is £6.00 for the first item and £1.00 for every item thereafter. We make no guarantee for delivery times using this scheme.
