Q: I've paid for my item, when will you send it?
A: PLEASE READ OUR POSTAGE SECTION FOR MORE DETAILS.
Q: How will you send my goods?
A: All goods are sent in plain grey mailing bags, with only your and our address on them. Our address does not have our logo on, but the parcel will contain an invoice, so if you want the item sent as a surprise, please let us know. All items are sent 1st Class delivery, so please allow upto five days for delivery.
Q: Can you send special delivery?
A: Some purchases are applicable for Special Delivery (please contact us before shipment) - however, these are sent at our discretion. If you want special delivery, please read our postage section FIRST and if you agree to these timescales, then contact us for prices for special delivery.
Q: Do you post abroad?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to send to EUROPE - costs for this are £6.00 for the first item and £1.00 for every item thereafter. Items are sent Internationally signed-for and we cannot guarantee any postage times on items sent via this method. WE DO NOT ship to ANYWHERE outside of Europe. Please be aware of this before purchasing as NO exceptions will be made.
Q: I've received my item, but it is faulty / wrong colour / size / item / different from that described. What can you do?
A: We offer a 7 day NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE on all items as long as they are returned to us UNWORN. Within 7 days, for any reason, we will offer either a refund or replacement (your choice). Between 7 and 14 days, we will replace FAULTY goods with a LIKE FOR LIKE item of the same size.
Q: I can't see the item I want in the size or colour I want?
A: All items and colours are shown, if you cannot see the item colour or size you would like, please contact us and we will see whether we can order one for you in our next order.
