Payment is required with 7 days of purchase.
Payment by Paypal, Postal Order, Cheque
Non-payment reminders will be sent after 10 days of the auction
end
If payment is not received and/or reminder ignored. An unpaid dispute will be
processed and an item strike will occur.
We reserve the right to cancel your order and relist the
item should payment not arrive
Pricing of Goods
- The price is inclusive of any applicable value added tax which you shall
automatically be liable to pay to us. Any changes in the rate of value added
tax will result in an automatic change in our quoted prices

We reserve the right to alter the specification of products as necessary
and offer an equivalent or better product in the event of stock anomalies

Whilst it is our intention to keep our web site up to date and error free,
product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such
an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you
prior to accepting
your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your
order or confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable
to contact
you, we will treat your order as cancelled
Delivery
- Whilst we make every effort to send goods on the day they were purchased,
we cannot guarantee sending on that day or accept liability for deliveries
made outside this timescale. This also applies to products sent direct from
our
manufacturers. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other
costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries
- When we deliver your items to you you may be asked to sign for the goods
to acknowledge that you have received them
- If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate
remedy
- We always obtain proof of postage when sending items
Returns
- In order to return goods all tags and hygiene strips need to be intact.
- The item must be in the same condition it was send
- Contacting your local sorting office and providing us with their information,
will be needed before any refund
- We reserve the right to not provide a refund.
We are happy to provide additional information before purchasing, please make
sure you order the correct size before you order, as this will reduce significantly
the need to return items.
