| A:On Buy It Now items the returns period is 14 days from date of purchase providing the item is unused, undamaged and still has the original tags attached. On items bought on Auction we are not required to provide returns under the Distance Selling Act but if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us & we will try to resolve the problem. |

| A:We try to ship all orders within 2 working day after payment is received but items ordered after 1 pm on a Friday or on a Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. |
