Once an order has been placed and payment completed, most orders are dispatched within 3 working days via either by a tracked Next Day Courier Service or (for smaller or lower value items) Royal Mail recorded delivery. Most of our orders actually leave us within 24 hours of being received by us as we pride ourselves on our fast delivery of orders placed, because we know that this is what customers usually want more than anything! If there are any problems with being unable to dispatch your order quickly we will let you know as quickly as possible by 'phone or by E-Mail. All orders will require a signature on delivery – it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that somebody is able to sign for the delivery within the expected timeframe at the delivery address specified.
