TorneValley does not charge inflated delivery costs. Our P&P fees reflect our actual costs and are not profit making as you might see from other sellers. Most items are despatched by courier and will require signing for on delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to take delivery. If you want the parcel can be left in a safe place, delivered to your workplace or left with a neighbour or friend but you must inform us prior to despatch.
Please inform us of any special delivery instructions by separate e -mail.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAYPAL TRANSACTION as these do not always get picked up
A telephone contact number is also very helpful for both the courier and us. We can give estimated delivery days please ask.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. We will always assist where possible. After two failed delivery attempts additional costs are involved which will be charged to the buyer.
If the delivery is refused or returned to ourselves for any reason then you will be liable both for the original delivery and the subsequent return cost to us of £15-00
If we have had an item returned due to non communication on your part, incorrect /incomplete address you will be responsible for both the original delivery and the subsequent return costs.
POSTAGE AND PACKING as per listing is for UK MAINLAND ONLY. (NORTHERN IRELAND, GUERSNEY, ISLE OF MAN, ISLE OF WHITE, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS WILL BE CHARGED AS PER COURIER CHARGES).
Items are dispatched as soon as possible and we aim to process all orders within 2 to 7 days. If this is not possible we will contact you.
ALL FREE POSTAGE ITEMS REFUNDED
WILL HAVE THE POSTAGE COSTS DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR SENT INCORRECTLY BY US.
