Shipping: Rates? International mail? Tracking number? How Long Does It Take? Change Address..
Q: I want to find out when my item will arrive after I purchased it. How do I do it? A: Once we complete your order and deliver it to the US Post Office, we email you a notice that your item has been shipped. Included in this email is an item tracking number. You can go to: WWW.USPS.COM and paste the tracking number into their tracking system. You can also click directly on the tracking number link within the email. Most times you can find the current status of your order's location in the postal system.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!
The USPS does not offer tracking for International destinations. The customs-label number that you receive in your shipping notification email does not locate your item while it is in transit to your country.
Q: Do you ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, International? A:Yes, we ship worldwide. If you don't see international shipping option in the listing, please, let us know we'll fix that.
Q: How soon do you ship? When should I expect my order to arrive? A: Shipping info and transit times is provided by us post office, what we can do is send it out ASAP, usually in same day before 2:00.
Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
USPS First Class (with tracking): 1-5 business days
USPS Priority (with tracking): 1-3 business days
USPS Express (tracking and confirmation): 1-2 business days
USPS International mail: 10-20 business days, sometimes may delay by the custom in your country (especially to Italy). But we always send out as a gift.
We will send you the custom# to your e-mail. PLEASE REMEMBER: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELIVERY TIME DISCREPANCIES, USPS IS.
Q: Where is my item, you shipped it like forever ago? A: Check the tracking number first, it was included in your e-mail (international shipping excluded). If it says that your item was delivered to your ACTUAL ADDRESS, go to the post office or ask your mailman, only then send us an e-mail and we gonna try to help you to find it as best as we can sitting in front of the computer.
Q: The USPS website says my item was delivered, but it's not here... What happened? A:1)The number one cause of this situation is your eBay and PayPal shipping information is NOT up-to-date. Your item was most likely delivered to the old address that resides in your PayPal and eBay account. 2)If the address is correct, USPS is responsible for prompt delivery of your item. Just like everybody else we go to the Post Office and drop your adapters there, hoping it will reach you as it was promised to all of us by USPS, promptly. Talk to USPS clerk first, 95% chance they can locate your item. Then, write us an e-mail.
Note: If your item was delivered to an incorrect address that you failed to update in eBay/PayPal at the time of your purchase, your options include: 1. Contact whomever resides at that address and see if they can forward your item to you. 2. If the item is refused by whoever resides at the old address and it comes back to us, we will have to charge you additional postage fees in order to resend your item to your new (updated) address.
Q: I forgot to update my eBay Pay Pal address and the item was already shipped to me. A: Well at this point it out of our hands. Try to contact the person at your previous address. If the item comes back to us you will be responsible for any additional charges if you still want it to be shipped to you. Please make sure that the address was updated.
Q: Why does the part number of the item that I just received not match the part/model number of the item that I bought from you? A:When we post an item in the eBay listing title, we do so knowing that the item listed is 100% compatible with your device. Sometimes the manufacture sends us the compatible item with a label that has a different part/model number. It is difficult to always update these part/model number changes immediately, but the adapter is still compatible and should work in nearly all cases. Our suggestion is to try the item on your device (assuming the voltage, amps, and tip are a match) before contacting us. Most of our customers find that the item will work with their device just fine.
Note:One charger can fit thousands of laptops of different brands, but the laptop manufacturer would want you to believe it is otherwise so you spend your money just with them. There is no way our supplier can put different labels on one type of charger that would be described as fitting only your laptop.
Q: Why does my item not look like the one in the picture on the eBay listing? A: The images we use are for reference only but are usually a 99% match to what you will receive. If you receive an item that doesn't match the image on our listing, our suggestion is to try the item on your device (assuming the voltage, amps, and tip are a match) before contacting us. Most of our customers find that the item will work with their device just fine.
Q: I just ordered the wrong item. What do I do? A: Please contact us immediately!! Most times, we can exchange the item no problem if you contact us before shipment (1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time). If the item already shipped, then additional steps (and charges) will apply.
Q: What type of payments do you accept? A: We ONLY except payment through PayPal and/or through Credit Card (via a PayPal guest account). We DO NOT except money orders, personal/business checks, or cash!
Note: Please contact us if you have any issues with payment via PayPal or Credit Card. If these methods are causing you trouble, most times we can send you an invoice or special link via email to complete your transaction.we accept payments made through Pay Pal or Credit card through Pay Pal.

Like all other electronic devices, laptop adapters eventually stop working. There are many causes from excessive wire bending, exposure to extreme temperatures, or simply that it’s an aging adapter. Unfortunately there is no definitive amount of time that adapters last. Their lifespan is dependant on how much they’re used. Below we list ways of checking if your adapter has ceased working.
Check Your Laptop
Your laptop adapter may not power your laptop due to a loose connector. Make sure all connectors are inserted correctly. Also, check the adapter box. Laptop adapters often have an LED light that lights up when your adapter is powering your laptop. If this light is off, then your laptop is not receiving any power.
Once you have checked all your adapter’s connectors take a look at the electrical outlet. The problem could simply be that the power socket you’re connected too is no longer working. Change sockets to rule it out.
For laptop DC power adapters check the DC-jack. These adapters must fit snugly. If you have to have your adapter plugged in just the right spot or angle, then your DC-jack may be broken.
Check Your Adapter
A bent cable can be the culprit of a malfunctioning power adapter. Think of this like a garden hose. If you pinch or bend a garden hose while it is running water, the water will not exit the hose. A laptop power adapter works in the same basic way.
Make sure nothing is resting on your power cable such as a book, laptop bag, or anything else that could pinch the adapter cable. If nothing is bending the cable, check the cable itself. The constant bending from storing your adapter could have exposed the wires within the adapter cable. This exposure can cause it to stop functioning properly. < back to top >
Which ac adapter can work with my device?
Q: How can I be sure that this item will work with my device? A: 1. if your original device's part number or model number is in the listing title in our eBay Store, then there's a 99% chance that the item will work with your device. This holds true even if you do not see your device in the listing info/comparability sections.
Q: I see my original device part number in the eBay listing title, but want to make double sure the item will work with my device before I buy. A: 1. the easiest way is to compare the original device you are replacing with the item specifications of the new device, as shown in the body of the eBay listing. For example, if you are replacing a Sony laptop AC charger, compare the voltage (19.5 V) and current (4.74 A) on your original with what you see in the listing info. Also, check to make sure the AC charger tips match as best as you can tell. Nearly all of our listings contain an image of the charger tip for you to view.
2. If you lost the original and have nothing to compare with, check the web site of the manufacturer of your device/laptop under AC charger specifications. The manual that came with your device is a great source for this information as well. You can also find voltage and amperage info on a label typically located on the bottom of your laptop near the battery (in most cases).
I am replacing the AC charger for my device and confused about the Voltage and Current specifications?
Q: I am confused about the Voltage and Current specifications?
A: If you find the required specification of your laptop is not the same as what our adapter provides, please note: 1. The required power (which shown in the back of your original adapter and notebook computer) is the minimum power that will turn on your notebook computer. So in selecting a replacement adapter, the provided power has to be equal or greater than the required power.
(Power (W) = Voltage (V) x Current (A)
Ex. 72 W = 16 V x 4.5 A) 2. When comparing the required voltage and the replacement adapter output voltage, exact number is recommended. But in case of special voltage required by some notebook computer models, ex, 18.5 V or 16.2 V, it is safe to use the voltage that closes to the required voltage, as every electronic device will have positive/negative tolerance of the operating voltage. So 19 V or 18 V will work for the 18.5 V, and 16.2 V can be replaced by 16 V.
3. Most consumers will have the opinion that if the adapter output current is greater than the required current, the device will short circuit. As a matter of fact, only the wrong voltage (which is a voltage much higher than the required voltage) will cause a malfunction or burnout of the device. The current indicated on the replacement of adapter is the maximum current that the adapter able to output, not necessarily the operating current. Actually the operating current is controlled by the device requirement, not the adapter. Example:
If the required input is 19 V / 2.64 A (50 W)
you can use the following replacements: 19 V / 3.16 A (60 W) or 19 V / 3.42 A (65 W) or 19 V / 4.74 A (90 W)
But suggest using 19 V / 3.16 A since it has the closest (but enough) power to run the device.
How can I be sure I'm buying the right ac adapter?
Q: How can I be sure I'm buying the right ac adapter?
A: 1. Check the web site of the manufacturer of your laptop under ac specification.
2. Compare your old ac specifications with the one you are purchasing. Make sure the Voltage (V), Amps (A) and Watts (W) are all matching (some discrepancy in A and in W are allowed, they should be equal or greater) the specs of our ac. For example: 18.5V 3.5A 65W
3. Make sure the tip of the ac fits your laptop (they are all different!). All our listings have the picture of the tip. 4. If you see your laptop model in the headline title of the ac, it should match your laptop 99.9%. If you see it in the item description field there could be some discrepancies that we try to fix as soon we find them.
