RETURNS POLICY
Please keep in mind that we send all products to Mainland UK as next day delivery, if you do not recieve the product within 36 hours of payment then please contact us and we will look into it urgently. There is a 7 days returns policy as per the Distant Selling Regulations. The tools must be returned in as new condition with all the documents box etc that the tool was delivered in. The buyer is also responsible for paying the delivery cost unless the tools is delivered damaged in which case please read below.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
If an item is delivered damaged, please informs us immidiately, we only have 24 hours from the time of delivery to claim from the courier. We will arrange for collection of the damaged item and a once recieved, we will dispatch the replacement or offer a refund.
