 Q: Can I collect an item?

        A: Please contact us before collecting, payment is via credit card on collection only.

 

 Q: Is it a guaranteed next day delivery
  A: We dispacth items on a 24 hour carrier, but this excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please note although most of our deliveries are on time it is not a guaranteed.

 Q: Are BT post codes extra
  A: Yes if the item weighs over 1.5kg BT postcode is extra due to the carrier we use

 Q: Can I pay via bacs ( Direct Bank Payment )
  A: Details on request

 Q: Can I pay via credit card over the phone
  A: Sorry we can not accept payment over the phone

 Q: How do I change the postage charge
  A: Please purchase products you require, but do not pay for goods, instead request a total amout from seller, and we will amend the postage on the invoice

 Q: Do you ship over seas
  A: Sorry we do not post outside the Britsh Isles

 Q: What if I'm not in to accept delivery
  A: At the time of purchase please make a note on paypal invoice of delivery instructions ie: leave with neighbour etc

 Q: Can you send the goods to a different delivery address
  A: At the time of purchase please make a note on paypal invoice of delivery address

  A: Please have your invoice number to hand and contact

 Q: I have recieved the item, but its damaged
  A: Please have your invoice number to hand and contact

 Q: Will we accpet offers on items?
  A: Sorry all our items are priced as low as we can go, there is no room for movement
