We adhere to the UK Distance Selling Regulations and therefore are happy to:
Refund or replace any faulty item or any incorrect item sent by our error. In these cases both the original postal charge and the return postage will be covered by us, provided the item is returned unused and in its original packaging.
We will also accept returns for refund or exchange for any other reason (such as ordering an incorrect size or simply a change of mind). In these cases, original postage is refunded, but the client is responsible for return postage charges.
We may accept returns on used items, or anything else that does not fall into any of the above, at our discretion.
In any case, we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt to arrange any return for any reason. This is most efficiently done by using the eBay messaging system.
