RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase made from ToP Sports. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase please return it for exchange or refund.
Unused items should be returned within 14 days of purchase with any labels intact and in the original packaging. Please return by Recorded Signed For post as an insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for items while in transit to us.
Exchanged items will incur a further postage charge unless the item being returned is faulty. Refunds will be made through PayPal, by cheque or bank transfer depending on the form of the original payment. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is faulty. With faulty goods the postage cost incurred in the return of the item will also be refunded.
When returning an item for refund you are required to also return any free of charge items you received as part of an offer for buying a particular product.
Please note that for hygiene reasons gumshields, drinks bottles, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
All returns must be with our prior agreement. If you are returning an item for a refund you should notify us through ebay’s Resolution Centre.
