How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders that have been requested for standard delivery within the UK will usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Scottish Islands may take an additional day or two to arrive. Delivery to the EU will take and additional 2-3 working days and delivery further afield will take a little longer depending on exact location. If you believe your order may have been lost in transit please contact our Customer Services Department on 01639 844847, email us at topsports@ukonline.co.uk or send us an ebay message.

How much postage will I pay?

Our postage costs vary depending on the item and destination. Each listing will state the cost of postage.

How much postage will I pay if I buy more than one item?

With multiple purchases for delivery within the UK we only charge the one postage cost when two or more items are sent together. For multiple purchases for delivery abroad we offer a reduced postage charge dependant upon exact location.

Do you accept credit/debit cards over the telephone?

You can use Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo and MasterCard to pay for your order over the phone.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to every country which has ebay access.

Do you deliver to BFPO (British Forces Postal Office) addresses?

Yes, sometimes free of charge.

How will my order be delivered?

Small items will be sent by Royal Mail first class or second class Recorded Signed For post. Larger items will be sent by courier (currently ParcelForce).

Can I track my order?

Let us know that you wish to track your item and we will provide the tracking number for on-line tracking.

What will happen if there is no one there to accept the delivery?

If you are unable to accept delivery, Royal Mail / the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery, please follow the instructions on the card.

The product I have received is faulty / damaged / the wrong product, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Services Department and let us know.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item for exchange or refund please contact our Customer Services Department. Return the item by Recorded Signed For post to ToP Sports, 14 Station Road, Ystradgynlais, Swansea, SA9 1NT. If you would prefer a refund please notify us through ebay's Resolution Centre.

Do you stock items which are not listed in your ebay shop?

As a high street retail business we have thousands of products which are not listed. If you do not see what you are looking for let us know and if we do not have the item in stock then we can quickly and easily obtain it for you.

Can you provide a VAT invoice?

Let us know if you need a VAT invoice and we will include it with your item.

What if I live in a VAT free country?

Prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where appropriate. If you live in a VAT free country we can provide a VAT invoice. Claiming reimbursement of tax will always be the responsibility of the customer.
