DISPATCH/DELIVERY
Dispatch
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours, unless bought after 12 noon on a Saturday when it will be sent on the next working day. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail first class or second class post depending on weight. These will almost always be sent by Recorded Signed For post for insurance purposes (the only exception will be with items of a very low value). Larger items will be sent by courier.
Delivery
Delivery within the UK should always be achieved within 3/5 working days and usually sooner. Recorded Signed For Post will require the recipient's signature as proof of delivery. Royal Mail will leave a calling card in the event of a failed delivery attempt and the customer will need to contact them within 5 days to arrange re-delivery. Undelivered items will be returned to ToP Sports and re-despatch will incur a further delivery charge. Carriers of large items will arrange a delivery date/time with the customer by telephone.
Next Day Delivery
We can arrange Next Day Delivery within the UK on request at extra cost. Orders must be placed by Noon Monday to Thursday to be delivered the following day. Orders placed on a Thursday after Noon and Friday before Noon for Next Day Delivery will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Friday after Noon, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Bank Holidays will of course have an impact on delivery.
