 Here's the reality, one of the drawbacks to online sales is that we cannot size you personally and there can be slight sizing discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler.
We can only guarantee to make the size you request (based on our sizing mandrels here), we cannot guarantee the size you request will be a perfect fit for you or that the style you choose will be a perfect look for you.
The only time the exchange fee will be waived is if, after getting your ring back in the mail, we verify on our mandrels that we in fact did make the wrong size. So PLEASE bear this in mind when purchasing. We ask that you be considerate of this clearly stated policy and not ask for exceptions to the fact afterward.

Our sizing is set to industry standard based on the requirements of the retail jeweler accounts (wholesale) that we have worked with for years.
Sizing for our comfort fit rings is checked on a mandrel and with digital caliphers based on the center of the band (where the comfort fit arc peaks and rests against the finger) not the top or bottom edge of the ring.

*We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers or tape measures.
*We do find that the safest option is to you have your size checked at a reputable jeweler local to you or to use a quality ring sizer kit.
*Because titanium rings are cut from a solid bar of titanium (they are not cast like traditional metal rings), your ring cannot be re-sized.
*Because your ring cannot be re-sized, we do have an exchange policy in the event your ring does not fit.
*Because your ring is made to order just for you and due to past abuses, we no longer have a return for cash refund policy. If a return for refund policy is important for you, please do not consider purchasing.

Our exchange policy works as follows:

**Please e-mail to let us know you are requesting an exchange so we can be aware.
**Return the ring to be exchanged with the exchange fee via money order only (we will send return shipping/money order instructions when you e-mail to request the exchange) in secure packaging.
**Exchange fee: 35% of the original purchase price (titanium rings with gold inlay have a 50% exchange fee-no exceptions). The exchange fee covers making a new ring and return shipping.
**Once we get the first ring back and the fee is paid, we will make/ship a new ring.
**Exchanged rings are return shipped via first class or first class international mail.
**To avoid any issues or problems with price differences, exchange must be for a ring/ring style of equal value. Credits for price difference will not be considered. Allowing you to exchange for a ring of greater value at just the exchange fee price is not an option. One exchange per ring purchase only, please do not ask for exceptions to this.
**Rings that have personalized engravings are not eligible for exchange as noted.
**Rings marked for clearance in our store or custom size requests are considered all sales final and are not eligible for exchange.

OUR GOLDEN RULE POLICY

We would never intentionally send the wrong ring/ring size or a ring that was flawed in anyway.
We always strive for the best quality and customer service.
With that said, we are human, have a family and things are busy, busy, busy here most days.  We can and do make mistakes.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, PLEASE contact us and we will work with you to make sure you are happy.
We would not and do not ignore our customers.
If you choose to use negative or neutral feedback as a means of getting our attention, you will immediately void any and all refund/exchange policies - no exceptions. (In other words, we don't like to be yelled at).

Seller maintains that it is the responsibility/liability of the purchaser to have researched ALL titanium, stainless steel and tungsten rings/ring properties before purchasing.    Seller also maintains that the buyer accepts all responsibility/liability when choosing to wear jewelry purchased with us.  We advise you use discretion and wear rings safely (ie: not when operating heavy machinery, applicable work situations, dangerous outdoor activies, etc).  Purchasing with us indicates your understanding of and willingness to accept aforementioned responsibility/liability.
