The sale, by us or purchase by you of items is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Any contract with respect to goods being supplied by us does not come into effect until your order has been accepted and processed. Confirmation of your order from this site does not therefore constitute acceptance of an order.

Price


All prices quoted on this site are in pounds Sterling, and are given inclusive of UK VAT @ 0% for children's clothing.


Postage and packing may be charged on some orders. Prices are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to vary any price at any given time on this site without prior notice.

 

Payment


Secure payment for online, must be made by major credit or debit cards as listed: Visa, Delta, Master Card, Switch, Electron, Solo via Paypal. We can accept payment by Sterling Cheque, Postal Order or Bankers Draft by post. Items will be despatched upon clearance of funds.

 

Passing of Property


Any product will remain our property until full payment has been made by you, has been received by us, and has been cleared by our bankers.

Passing of Risk


The risk in the products will pass to you on delivery, as set out in ‘Delivery’ below.

Delivery


Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within one working day.


All products are sent by Royal Mail.

You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/received.


Acceptance


You will inspect products within 7 days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with ‘cancellation’ below that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with ‘Faulty Items’ below that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection, exchange or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

 

Returns

Cancellation

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products (does not apply to trade orders; Business to Business). You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of unused items, including the delivery costs as soon as the item is returned to us.

Exchanges

Alternatively you may require exchange of goods e.g. for different  size, upon which there will be no charge but you must bear the cost of postage to return the item. Any items being returned must be as sold, undamaged and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.

Customer returns are processed within one week of our receipt and are subject to the terms and conditions outlined above. Once we have been informed of the exchange we would kindly ask that you return the item within 7 days.

This excludes underwear and swimwear which is exempt from this guarantee, due to hygiene regulations which we are sure you can understand. Also, personalised items, which can only be returned if faulty or damaged upon receipt.

We understand that you may want to inspect your garment for suitability; however  we would request that you refrain from removing any tags until you are 100% happy with your purchase.


Faulty Items

Please e-mail or call us to discuss any faulty products we will then instruct you on how to return, if necessary. Obviously we will bear all postage costs in cases of faulty items.
