TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Methods:
Preferred method of payment is Postal order (to: G Jones)
Pay Pal is accepted subject to their Terms and Conditions.
Cheques and E- cheques are also accepted and should be made payable to G Jones.
Orders are dispatched within three working days (Mon - Fri, Excluding Bank Hols) of receipt of payment/order or clearance of cheques.
Please understand when paying by cheque that the cheque isn't necessarily going to be paid into the bank the day it is received - I will keep you updated and give you an approximate clearance/dispatch date.
E-cheques take longer to clear than bank cheques.
After seven days we will send out a payment reminder (I'm as forgettful as the rest!).
If we receive no response to this after a further 3 days we will file an unpaid item dispute.
Special/Bespoke Orders
If you require a larger size, certain type of fabric etc, please email us for availability and we can list your requirement as a Buy it Now.

We thoroughly check every item before it leaves us as your satisfaction is our priority - and livelihood!! However, we ask that you check your purchase upon receipt and contact us immediately with any concerns you may have as we do not accept returns at a later date.
Postage
We always obtain Proof of Posting, and can provide copies of these should the need arise.
