Postage Terms and Conditions

All deliveries weighing over 1.0kg or that cost over £30 going out to England, Wales and lower Scotland are delivered the next working day via a 24 hour carrier ( Excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends ), your item must be paid for before 2.30pm to receive this service. Although we dispatch the goods on a 24 hour service it is not always guaranteed.

Deliveries to THE FOLLOWING POSTCODES ALL BT & ZE POSTCODES including SHETLANDS, IV2-IV40, IV52-IV54 IV63, KW1-KW14 including ORKNEY ISLANDS, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, ALL WESTERN ISLES, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56(SKYE), KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41-PA78, PH41-PH44 ISLES OF SCILLY and ISLE OF MAN and ISLE OF WRIGHT, will have an extra charge of £15. For items going to any of these postcodes that weigh over 25kg's please contact us before hand.

You must check all goods on arrival, if on a rare occasion you receive the goods damaged you must refuse the delivery.
Any delivery weighing under 1.0kg or doesn't cost over £30 will be sent out via TNT, a 2nd class post service (3-5 working days) to anywhere with a postcode at no extra cost.

Outside the Uk we will only ship to Southern Ireland - Extra £20 or Channel Islands - Extra £15.00
Signing for the delivery:

All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to sign for the goods.Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature.

You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report to us that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

If there is nobody there to sign for the goods:
Our carrier attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, and will put an attempted delivery card through your letter box if nobody is there to sign for the goods.If you are carded twice goods will then be sent back to our carrier's local depot. You will then be emailed from our self's where you will have the option to collect the goods from your local depot or we can arrange for a re-delivery which you will be charged for.

If you choose not to collect the goods or pay for the re delivered there will be a 2 way charge. Our carrier charges us for trying to deliver the item and then charge us for returning the item. This charge will be passed onto you.

The delivery address:
We ship all our goods to the PayPal address, but we can change the address on your instruction at the time of order, however if you decide to change your delivery address after your goods have been dispatched, there will be an extra delivery charge.
