| Returns and Exchange Policy
TimeWeb is happy to replace/exchange an item for another if you feel it is faulty or does not perform the function it was designed for, or if the item has been described incorrectly in our listing.
If the item can be returned to us, by post or by hand (South Melbourne Market), it will be returned by post the next day, or exchanged immediately if it is brought in to the shop.
