Shipping Details
If the shipping/postage is not stated as a fixed price on the auction ad, you can determine exactly the postage and handling charge for your item by entering your delivery postcode into the calculator in the shipping section on your item's ad.
For Multiple Item Purchases, please contact us for combined postage and handling costs. We aim to minimise your postage and handling charges where we can, and will wait to combine items, if advised that you are still bidding on other item/s.
Items are normally shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, unless interrupted by Public Holidays or other unforseen disruptions. Once payment has been received, we will send an email to confirm this and also another to confirm that your item has been shipped.
Payment Details
Payment is required within 7 days, but we understand where payments are mailed that there can be delays, which is why we accomodate but do not recommend money orders etc as our preferred payment method.
We accept Paypal - (and we do not ask for any additional % to cover fees like some sellers.....) - use ebay@tmb.net.au for Paypal payments only.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Direct Debit (preffered)
- Paypal
- Money Orders
- Bank Cheques
- Cash/Money Order on pick-up at Store
Please ensure that you use your eBay name as a reference for direct deposit details to help us process your item as quickly as possible.
If you wish to Pick Up from our South Melbourne Market store location you will be most welcome, but please let us know so that we can organise.
