These Conditions set out the basis on which we sell our Goods. We are Sports Art Limited, a company registered in England and Wales number 5053469 with our registered offices located at PO Box 36294, London SE19 1ZD (VAT number 843916017) .
Definitions of certain words used in these Conditions can be found in paragraph 8 of these Conditions.
1 Acknowledgement & Acceptance of Order
When you submit your order and your payment has been accepted, we will send you an email acknowledging your order. However, no contract will exist between you and us until we either (i) send out a further email accepting your order or (ii) dispatch the Goods, whichever is the sooner.
We reserve the right to decline any order. Non-exhaustive examples of when we may do this include: where Goods are out of stock; where there is an error in pricing or description of Goods on our website; or when we have concerns over the means of payment used for the Goods.
2 Payment
Payment for the Goods is due at the same time you place your order. No Goods will be dispatched until you have paid us in full for the corresponding order.
3 Your Right to Cancel
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, then you may return the Goods to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will be happy either to exchange the Goods or give you a full refund.
You are responsible for returning the Goods to us at your own expense. If you tell us that you wish to cancel the Contract in return for a refund but then fail to return the Goods within 30 days of cancellation, then we may collect the Goods from you, and charge you our direct costs for recovering the Goods.

4 Problems with Goods
If any Goods we supply to you fail to meet the high standard of quality and workmanship you expect from us, then please contact us to arrange appropriate action to remedy this (see paragraph 6, “Communications”). This does not affect your statutory rights.
5 Law
This Contract is governed by English Law.
6 Communications
We may contact you or give you notice under these Conditions by any of the following means:
• post;
• fax (where available); or
• email.
You are responsible for informing us of any changes in your contact details.
You may contact us by email at info@sportsart.co.uk or using our published fax, telephone or postal information. You are responsible for ensuring any email, fax or letter reaches us, and we consider your communication valid on the date and time it reaches us and not when it was posted or sent.
7 Data Protection
We may from time to time send you information about our other goods and services which we think may be of interest to you. This may include communications sent by email. You may unsubscribe from such emails at any time by following the instructions included in each email, and you can unsubscribe from other communications by contacting us to request this.
Our Privacy Policy sets out details of how we use information we hold about you. By agreeing to these Conditions, you agree that we may use that information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8 Definitions
In these Conditions the following expressions have the following meanings:
Conditions: the conditions in this Contract and any changes we may make to them.
Contract: the contract between you and us for the sale by us of Goods on these Conditions.
Goods: means any goods to be supplied by us under the Contract.
