Be sure to include your invoice and the return form with the products you are returning. If you do not have your original invoice, please include a separate sheet of paper including the order number, name, address and a brief reason why this item(s) is being returned. This will help in processing your return faster. SportsArt may be unable to process returns received without this form or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number.
How to return a FRAMED item: 1. If possible, re-package the item using the packaging we used to send your order. 2. Wrap frame in the white foam or bubble wrap. If you don't have these materials, use layers of newspaper as substitute. 3. Ensure that the front of the frame is well padded. 4. Tape the insert flaps around frame/s to secure into place. Do not tape too tightly as this may damage your item or tear insert. 5. Place insert inside the SportsArt cardboard box by folding the ends into the locked position. 6. Secure the box using strong shipping tape around all sides. 7. Tape over any existing punctures or tears.

3. Can I return an item that I received as a gift? We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within thirty (30) days from date of shipment. To return goods, please save the item(s) and packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your return, along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s).
4. What if I want a refund for my return? Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or in the form of a cheque in GBP. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides GBP. All refund cheques will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed. |
