* UK First Class Delivery - £3.99 - Standard First Class post, normally delivered the next working day (please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods)
* UK Recorded Delivery (Signed For) - £4.99 - Recorded delivery which requires a signature on delivery.
* UK Special Delivery (Next Day/High Value) - £8.99 - For high value orders for a guaranteed delivery within 1-2 working days*.
* UK Courier Service - £9.99 - Next working day* service (depending on time of order) using a courier. Ideal for postal strikes or where Royal Mail is not the best option.
* Euro Delivery - £7.75 - Delivery anywhere in Europe. Normally delivered within 2-5 working days
* Worldwide Delivery - £8.99 - Delivery outside of Europe. Normally delivered within 3-7 working days.
* International Signed For - £14.49 - Priority service outside of the UK with signature on delivery

We ship most products worldwide. 4pm cut off time does not apply to courier orders. Orders to be delivered by courier should be placed before 1pm.
*Working days are Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Special Delivery not guaranteed on Saturdays. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us for a quote.
**Applies to all UK orders and 99% of overseas orders. Depending on overseas destination we may require additional funds to cover extra postage charges if the weight of your order is over 2KG. We will notify you before the order is shipped if this is the case.

** BEFORE YOU RETURN AN ITEM YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST FOR A RETURN REFERENCE NUMBER - WITHOUT THIS REFERENCE YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED **
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return any unwanted items within 14 days to the address on the top of the packing slip you receive with your order. If you include the packing slip we can process the return quicker as it has all the details we need on it, mainly the order number. For your own peace of mind, please obtain a proof of postage from Royal Mail to avoid parcels being lost in the post.
If you have paid p&p on your order then we reserve the right not to refund this cost to you if you return an item, but will only refund the cost of the goods to you. It is your responsibility to cover charges to send items back to us. However there are some exceptions to this rule. We have listed who needs to cover the charges for each circumstance below:
* Incorrect item ordered (customers fault) - customer to cover charges.
* Incorrect item received (i.e ordered a large but received a medium) - we will refund returns charges up to the value stated below.
* Faulty or damaged item received - we will cover charges up to 14 days up to the value stated below. After 14 days the customer will need to cover the charges.
* Item not suitable - customer to cover charges.
If a replacement item is ordered, we can offer free p&p in most circumstances.
We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, headphones, jewellery or sale items on hygiene grounds
