RETURNS POLICY

We are always happy to accept returns as long as the item hasn’t been worn (except for trying on) and is returned with any tags securely attached and original clear packaging (if possible). Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

Customer to pay the postage when returning the item to us (we do not refund return postage). We advise all customers to return their items by a tracked delivery method and obtain a receipt of posting and keep safe.

Once we receive the item back, we will action a full refund back into the paypal account that was used at the time of ordering. This will include any postage paid at the time of ordering i.e. airmail.

RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event of a faulty item being sent out, please contact us in the first instance. We will then give you the details you need to return the item to us, including a Freepost address (UK only) to use to return the item back to us. We will then either send out a replacement (subject to stock availability) or offer a full refund.

For faulty items being returned from outside the UK, please contact us for return details. Postage costs will be refunded back via Paypal – but please contact us first before returning any faulty item as certain procedures apply.

EXCHANGES

All items have a comprehensive sizing guide on the listing, therefore please check carefully before purchasing. In the event that the item does not fit, we are happy to exchange for another size (subject to stock availability). Return postage to be paid by customer. We will then send out the replacement free of charge. If the size requested is not in stock, we will offer a full refund. Please email us first before returning any item for an exchange so we can give you the correct return details.
