RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase/s you may return it to us, (within 14 days of receipt) - THIS IS AT YOUR COST - We will refund you the winning bid price only.
We do not refund the cost of postage you initally paid or the cost of re-posting back to us.
If you wish to return an item please email first as we may be able to resolve the situation?.
Please ensure all items being returned to us are in the same resaleable condition as when sent to you/received by you,
You must return item/s by a trackable delivery service to ensure we receive them safely.
However if the item you have received is incorrect or faulty we will refund you the cost of returning back to us.
We do not accept returns on Lingerie, Earrings or Body Jewellery for hygiene reasons (unless the item is faulty)
If your purchase is returned by the Post Office because you did not collect it after an attempted delivery or because you gave incorrect address details we will be happy to re-post it back to you at your cost, if you decide you do not want the item/s to be resent as you no longer require them we will be happy to refund you your bid price only and not the inital postage costs paid.
