SALES TAX
By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all items with a delivery address in Texas. 8.25 % will be charged on the total amount including the shipping and handling.
PAYMENT
Payment for all items are due within 7 days of the auction end date or purchase date. Non-Payment of items will be turned over to eBay dispute.
FEEDBACK
Positve feedback will be left upon shipment of your item. Every effort is made possible to resolve all issues.
REFUND POLICY
Three Emigos sells all new items while occassionally selling used items. The condition of all items are fully disclosed. If there are any questions as to the condition, please feel free to contact us prior to bidding or purchasing.
All refund claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item(s). Three Emigos will ocassionally refund shipping, packing or handling fees. Three Emigos will make refund in the same method (PayPal) chosen by the customer when the item was purchased.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
Three Emigos reserves the right to select the most cost effective shippings services, unless specifically requested by customer throught the checkout process. Three Emigos proudly selects the USPS (United State Postal Service) as its primary shipping carrier. |
