We are happy to accept returns (or exchange) all items of footwear subject to the following -
Returns must be made within 7 days and be preceeded by an Email from the buyer advising reason and any other relevant information.
Postage costs will not be refunded unless we have made an error in sending you the wrong item. (This hasn't happened yet but we accept that we are, after all, only human). If the footwear doesn't fit the responsibility is down the buyer to pay the postage costs, we will always advise of inside length measurements should you ask. If an exchange is required we will advise you of the contribution required for re-posting the new item.
Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as they were posted from us - this includes the manufacturer's box/packaging where applicable.
In the case of items where free UK post & packing has been offered please note that an amount equal to the standard Royal Mail postage cost (as quoted at www.royalmail.com) will be deducted from the amount of any refund.
